Refund Policy

However, in instances where services have not commenced, a partial refund of 55% or store credit of the paid amount is permissible. After initiation of services, refund requests will not be entertained. If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon services, you are entitled to store credit commensurate with the incomplete portion of your service. In the event that the season ends prior to order completion, refunds will only be issued for the unfinished part of the order.
